This production line is mainly used for intelligent, rapid fixed-length cutting, beveling, fit-up, and welding of stainless steel and alloy steel pipelines. According to the pipe diameter and wall thickness to be processed, it is divided into the following two production lines:
Medium and thin-wall pipes: The cutting and beveling processing area is equipped with a CNC cutting and beveling production line. The main processing machine uses a PAM/CTA CNC cutting and beveling integrated machine for rapid cutting and V-type bevel processing of medium and thin-wall pipes. It can complete pipe cutting and bevel forming on both ends in one pass, with processing efficiency of over 1000 inches per day. Precision tool cold cutting is adopted, providing extremely high bevel accuracy, surface finish, and end-face perpendicularity.
Medium and thick-wall pipes: The cutting and beveling processing area is equipped with a band saw plus high-speed beveling processing production line. The main processing machines are the PSM pipe cutting band saw and the PEM CNC high-speed pipe beveling machine, used for fixed-length cutting and various types of bevel processing of medium and thick-wall pipes. The processing wall thickness can reach up to 150 mm, solving the “difficult” and “pain-point” issues in bevel processing of thick-wall alloy steel and stainless steel pipes. Processing efficiency can reach over 1000 inches per day, and precision cold cutting provides extremely high bevel accuracy, surface finish, and end-face perpendicularity.
The pipe prefabrication depth can reach 60%, weld seams are uniform and aesthetically pleasing, and welding quality achieves an RT/UT inspection pass rate of over 99%, meeting the requirements of impact, tensile, bending and other mechanical performance tests.
