Intelligent Pipe Prefabrication Production Line Configuration Overview (II)

       This production line is mainly used for intelligent, rapid cut-to-length cutting, beveling, fit-up and welding of medium- and thin-wall pipes made of various materials. It can also meet the cutting and welded assembly requirements of intersecting pipe lines, enabling batch prefabrication of medium- and low-pressure pipelines across various industries.

       The cutting and beveling processing area is equipped with a CNC cutting and beveling production line. The main processing unit adopts a PAM/CTA CNC cutting and beveling integrated machine for rapid cutting and V-groove bevel machining of medium- and thin-wall pipes. It can complete pipe cutting and bevel forming on both sides in a single pass, with processing efficiency reaching more than 1000 inches/day. The precision tool cold-cutting process ensures extremely high bevel accuracy, surface roughness, and end-face perpendicularity.

      The cutting and beveling processing area is equipped with a CNC pipe flame/plasma cutting production line, adopting plasma/flame thermal cutting processes for high-speed cutting and beveling of large batches of pipes or intersecting line cutting of pipes, with cutting efficiency reaching more than 1500 inches/day.

      The pipe prefabrication rate can reach 60%, welds are uniform and aesthetically pleasing, and welding quality meets RT/UT inspection with a pass rate above 99%, fulfilling the requirements of impact, tensile, bending and other mechanical property tests.
