The CNC band saw + high-speed beveling processing production line is a high-efficiency cold-processing system developed by our company’s CNC machine tool experts specifically for efficient cutting and batch beveling of medium- and thick-wall pipes. It can process wall thicknesses up to 150 mm and adopts a machining-based cold cutting method to solve the “challenges” and “pain points” of beveling thick-wall alloy steel and stainless steel pipelines. It is capable of fully automatic machining of various bevel forms (such as V-type, U-type, X-type, double-V, V+U, double-V+U, as well as blunt edges, internal bevels, internal boring, flat end faces, etc.), providing extremely strong processing capacity. Combined with a corresponding logistics system to reduce lifting and transfer of workpieces between different processes, it delivers very high production efficiency and is an ideal solution for precision mass production of pipes.
