       The PGM series high-speed hydraulic pipe end beveling machine is a specialized machine tool designed for fast batch machining of pipe end bevels. The machining time for a single bevel is typically within several to a dozen seconds, and both pipe clamping and power head movement are hydraulically controlled.
       The beveling machine mainly consists of the machine bed, axially moving spindle box, rotary cutter head and tools, upper and lower clamping units, electrical control cabinet, and hydraulic system, etc.
       During machining, the spindle box is driven by the hydraulic station to move back and forth axially to achieve the required axial feed of the cutter head. Combined with the high-speed rotation of the cutter head and tools, it performs turning to form the bevel. The high-speed rotation of the cutter head is driven by a variable-frequency motor, providing power for cutting.
