The KPZ Series Pipe Welding Positioner is a multi-purpose welding auxiliary device used for welding pipe-to-pipe, pipe-to-flange, bent pipes, T-pipes, as well as pipes of different diameters and with offset centers of gravity. The equipment grips the pipe or flange end with a chuck and, as required, drives the workpiece to rotate or tilt to a suitable angle for welding. It is mainly used for auxiliary rotational welding of pipelines in industries such as shipbuilding, chemical engineering, and skid-mounted equipment. This chuck-type welding positioner can also be combined with our column-and-boom welding manipulators to form an automated welding system. Compared with the KP Series Pipe Welding Positioner, this series is equipped with precision machine tool chucks and adopts electric tilting across the entire range. It features a robust overall design, high motor power, strong load capacity, and excellent stability and accuracy.
