KPZ Series Pipe Welding Positioner

      KPZ series pipe welding positioner is a multi-purpose welding auxiliary device used for welding pipe-to-pipe, pipe-to-flange, elbow pipes, T-shaped pipes, pipes of different diameters, and pipes with an offset center of gravity. The equipment grips the pipe or flange end with a chuck and rotates or tilts the workpiece to the desired inclination angle for welding. It is mainly used for auxiliary rotary welding of pipelines in shipbuilding, chemical, skid-mounted equipment and other industries. This chuck-type welding positioner can also be combined with our column and boom welding machine to form an automatic welding system.
