BH Series pressure-roller pipe welding positioner is an auxiliary driven fixture for manual welding of pipes in industries such as shipbuilding, offshore engineering, petrochemical, and electromechanical installation. It can drive the workpiece to rotate 360° and tilt ±45°, meeting the welding requirements of groove welds and fillet welds. The workpiece is electrically clamped, rotation is stable, and the speed is steplessly adjustable via frequency conversion. It is an ideal piece of equipment that helps improve welding quality and reduce labor intensity, and it can also be combined with the mobile cantilever welder produced by our company to form an automatic welding system.
