This PPCW series chuck-type automatic pipe welding machine is mainly used for prefabricated automatic welding of pipes in various industries. It uses a chuck-type main unit to clamp and drive the rotation of the workpiece end, while the cantilever welder travels to each weld seam position for welding. With a single clamping operation, it can automatically weld seams at different positions on the pipe section; both bevel butt girth welds and socket fillet welds can be welded automatically. In addition, an inner-torch welding mechanism, oscillation mechanism, welding power source, and control functions can be added to the mobile cantilever welder to achieve simultaneous inner and outer dual-torch welding of flange fillet welds.
