The company ordered from us a complete factory pipeline prefabrication workshop production line, including CNC pipe cutting machines, integrated pipe cutting and beveling machines, pipe fit-up machines, and automatic pipe welding machines. It is used for pipe cutting and blanking, adopting plasma cutting and tool cold cutting processes, and is capable of pipe bevel machining and intersecting pipe cutting, etc. After cutting and blanking, mechanized fit-up and automated high-efficiency welding are carried out. Equipped with multiple welding processes such as automatic TIG welding, gas-shielded welding, and submerged arc welding, the welding quality is greatly improved, labor input is reduced by half, and overall production capacity is significantly increased.
