On July 2, all 15 development wells of the Panyu 10/11 Block Joint Development Project of CNOOC Limited Shenzhen Branch were brought on stream, each exceeding its designed output. The project was launched in January and includes two intelligent unmanned platforms without permanently stationed personnel, the first of their kind applied in China. It has pioneered multiple “smart drilling” technologies, shortened the construction period to 408.77 days, and improved efficiency by 13.76%, helping the branch strive to meet its annual targets. In the first half of this year, the branch followed the principle of “fewer wells with higher output,” achieving “over half the tasks completed in half the time,” with drilling cycles and costs hitting the best levels for the same period, and oil and gas output exceeding plan.
On June 24, leveraging the “Tianshu Cloud” platform, the Gas & Power Group realized automatic real-time synchronization of logistics data between CNOOC and Beijing Gas, boosting business collaboration efficiency by 70%, and will in future promote broader cross-entity collaboration and circulation of data elements.
On June 19, CNOOC Refining & Petrochemicals Petrochemical Engineering participated in Shandong Province’s “Revealing the List and Taking the Lead” project, joining forces with multiple parties to build a large-model system for the petrochemical industry. Through intelligent solutions to industry challenges such as design and equipment management, it will help drive the integration of “artificial intelligence + industry.”
