China National Chemical Engineering Holds Talks with Vietnam Energy Group

On June 26, China National Chemical Engineering Chairman Mo Dingge and General Manager Deng Zhaojing met at the group headquarters with Le Xuan Huyen, Vice President of Vietnam National Industry and Energy Group, and his delegation. The two sides held talks on deepening cooperation in such fields as chemicals, petrochemicals, and oil refining.

Mo Dingge noted that since entering the Vietnamese market in the 1960s, China National Chemical Engineering has worked hand in hand with its partner to build benchmark projects such as the Ca Mau Fertilizer Plant and the Ha Bac Nitrogenous Fertilizer Plant, driving the upgrading of Vietnam’s chemical industry. Looking ahead, the company will adopt the “T+EPC” model to deepen cooperation in oil refining, fertilizers, biomass energy, and other fields, supporting Vietnam in advancing industrial upgrading toward higher-end and greener development.

Le Xuan Huyen spoke highly of the results achieved in past cooperation between the two sides and expressed the hope of strengthening technical exchanges on the existing basis, expanding in-depth cooperation into more areas, and opening up a new chapter of cooperation.

Responsible persons from the Vietnamese group and heads of relevant departments and subsidiaries of China National Chemical Engineering attended the meeting.
