Baihua Pipeline Equipment Delivered for PetroChina Dushanzi 10-Million-Ton-Per-Year Refining Integration Project

The PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical 10-million-ton-per-year refining integration project is one of the One Hundred Classic Quality Projects commemorating the 60th anniversary of the founding of New China and is the largest refining-chemical integration project in China.

The Dushanzi Petrochemical ten-million-ton refining and million-ton ethylene complex is an important part of the China–Kazakhstan energy cooperation strategy. The refining and chemical units of this project are centrally controlled and all are world-class in scale. The 1-million-ton ethylene plant is China’s first and largest ethylene unit of this scale and adopts the world’s most advanced technologies. This project is of great significance for accelerating the implementation of the Large-Scale Development of Western China strategy, ensuring national energy security, and promoting sustained, rapid, healthy, and coordinated development of the national economy.

For this PetroChina project, our company has supplied dozens of sets of equipment, including CTA CNC high-speed cutting and beveling machines, PEM CNC high-speed pipe beveling machines, PSM pipe-cutting band saw machines, PPBW heavy-duty automatic pipe welding machines, PPCW chuck-type automatic pipe welding machines, and PPDW combined automatic pipe welding machines.
