Baihua Provides a Tubing Beveling and Internal Cladding Production Line for an Oilfield Enterprise

For many years, Baihua has been deeply rooted in the energy industry, developing various hardware equipment for automated welding in the energy sector and providing welding process data support for welding different materials. This internal pipe cladding production line is equipped with a pipe beveling machine for bevel machining of steel pipes before welding, an internal automatic cladding machine for automatic overlay welding of the pipe inner wall, as well as an automatic loading and unloading system and a buffer rack.

A height-adjustable through-hole chuck cladding host is used to clamp the end of the workpiece that requires cladding. The workpiece is then driven to rotate at a constant speed by a servo system, working together with the welding torch precision displacement mechanism, oscillation mechanism, and arc-length tracking system to achieve spiral cladding or 360° circular cladding on the inner wall of the pipe. It can clad various anti-corrosion and wear-resistant metal materials, such as stainless steel and nickel-based alloys. All welding parameters are fully digitized, enabling one-click automatic welding based on the required cladding depth.
