Huajin Aramco Petrochemical Co., Ltd. was jointly funded and established by North Huajin Chemical Industries Group Corporation, Aramco Overseas Company, and Panjin Xincheng Industrial Group Co., Ltd.
The project has a total investment of 83.7 billion yuan. The main construction scope includes 32 production units and supporting facilities, such as a new 15 million t/a refinery, a 1.65 million t/a ethylene unit, and a 2 million t/a PX unit. Once commissioned, the project is expected to generate annual sales revenue of more than 100 billion yuan, playing a positive role in promoting economic development in Liaoning and the entire Northeast region and revitalizing the old industrial bases in Northeast China.
