The CNC flame/plasma cutting and beveling production line is a high-efficiency thermal processing system developed by our company’s CNC machine tool experts specifically for rapid pipe cutting and blanking across various industries. It offers powerful machining capability and can automatically perform fixed-length straight cutting, beveling, and contour cutting of pipes (saddle cuts, elliptical holes, rounded holes, lobster-back segments, orthogonal/oblique intersecting lines, pipe-end grooving, etc.; channel steel and square tube cutting functions can also be added). Cutting efficiency exceeds 200 pipes per day. When equipped with a corresponding logistics system, it enables continuous flow production to meet the needs of large-batch intelligent pipe cutting and blanking.

Our company can provide a wide variety of configuration options for this production line, enabling CNC automated operation throughout the entire process from automatic pipe loading, automatic conveying, automatic length measurement, automatic fixed-length cutting and automatic marking to automatic discharge and unloading after machining. With an industrial PC and a machining graphics database, machining drawings can be transferred via LAN, imported via USB flash drive, or selected from the built-in graphics library, essentially achieving “unmanned” and “one-button” automatic processing. A marking system can also be configured to realize traceability of the product manufacturing process. Based on production requirements and investment budget, reasonable configuration combinations can be selected.
