This facilitates rapid equipment transfer between multiple sites during field pipe construction, while multiple container workstations can be combined in a well-planned configuration to form a mobile pipe prefabrication production line.

The container workstation is mainly selected and configured based on the project’s welding inch-diameter workload and prefabrication schedule. The workstation’s supporting components mainly include: specially reinforced 20-foot or 40-foot containers, cantilever cranes, logistics carts, and conveyor roller systems, etc. The main supporting equipment that can be selected includes, but is not limited to, the following:
