On June 26, Chairman Mo Dingge and General Manager Deng Zhaojing of China National Chemical met at the group headquarters with Le Xuan Huyen, Vice President of Vietnam National Industrial and Energy Group. The two sides held talks on deepening cooperation in chemicals, petrochemicals, and oil refining.
Mo Dingge noted that since entering Vietnam in the 1960s, China National Chemical has worked together with its partner to build landmark projects such as the Ca Mau Fertilizer Plant and the Hebei Nitrogen Fertilizer Plant, helping to upgrade Vietnam’s chemical industry. Going forward, the company will adopt the “T+EPC” model to deepen cooperation in oil refining, fertilizers, and biomass energy, supporting Vietnam in advancing industrial upgrading toward higher-end and greener development.
Le Xuan Huyen highly recognized the results of past cooperation between the two sides and looked forward to strengthening technical exchanges on the existing basis, expanding in-depth cooperation into more fields, and opening up a new chapter of collaboration.
Responsible persons from the Vietnamese group, as well as heads of relevant departments and affiliated enterprises of China National Chemical, attended the meeting.
