Baihua’s Pipeline Beveling and Welding Equipment Serves the Construction of the Fujian Gulei Petrochemical Complex

The Gulei refining-chemical integration project is a petrochemical project under construction in the Gulei Development Zone of Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province, whose Phase I has already entered a stable production stage. In July 2024, Phase II of the project, with a total investment of 71.1 billion yuan, was approved by the Fujian Provincial Development and Reform Commission; it comprises more than 30 units, including a 16 million tons/year refinery and a 1.5 million tons/year ethylene plant. Phase II officially commenced in November 2024 and is scheduled for completion in 2028. Our company’s equipment is mainly being used for prefabricated pipeline welding for the 1.5 million tons/year ethylene and downstream deep-processing complex project.
