Baihua Ships Six Containerized Pipe Prefabrication Workstations to Hungarian Project

This shipment consists of four containerized automatic pipe welding workstations and two containerized pipe beveling workstations purchased by China National Chemical Engineering Company. These workstations will be used in a chemical project undertaken by China National Chemical Engineering in Hungary. China National Chemical Engineering has long been an important partner of our company, and we would like to express our heartfelt thanks for their support of our products.

Containerized workstations are particularly suitable for rapid deployment at field construction sites. They can be installed and put into use at any time without site paving, which greatly improves the flexibility of pipe prefabrication work, reduces personnel requirements, improves product quality, and lowers the skill requirements for operators. After the work on one project is completed, the workstation can be quickly redeployed to the next project through overall hoisting and logistics transfer of the container. At the same time, with the special container as the carrier, all components of the main equipment are securely installed inside the container, which maximizes protection of the main equipment from harsh external working environments. In addition, there is no need to disassemble and reassemble the main equipment during project transfer, which reduces the skill requirements for maintenance personnel, significantly extends the service life of the equipment, reduces operating costs, and maximizes economic benefits for energy construction enterprises.
