This all-position welding robot for pipelines and pressure vessels adopts a method in which the workpiece remains stationary while the welding crawler carriage travels around the circumference of the pipe or pressure vessel shell to achieve fully automatic all-position welding. At the same time, a simple track can be added so that the crawler carriage travels in a straight line to realize longitudinal seam welding of the shell. The product features a lightweight design, high integration, and easy mobility, enabling convenient operation both indoors and outdoors. It is widely used for automatic welding of pipelines and pressure vessels in industries such as petroleum, petrochemicals, chemicals, natural gas, offshore engineering, municipal works, and district heating. The welding process can employ gas metal arc welding (GMAW) or tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding.
