KPZ series pipe welding positioner is a multi-purpose welding auxiliary device used for welding pipe-to-pipe, pipe-to-flange, elbow pipes, T-shaped pipes, pipes of different diameters, and pipes with an offset center of gravity. The equipment grips the pipe or flange end with a chuck and rotates or tilts the workpiece to the desired inclination angle for welding. It is mainly used for auxiliary rotary welding of pipelines in shipbuilding, chemical, skid-mounted equipment and other industries. This chuck-type welding positioner can also be combined with our column and boom welding machine to form an automatic welding system. Compared with the KP series pipe welding positioner, this series is equipped with precision machine-tool chucks, adopts electric tilting across the full range, features a robust overall structural design, high motor power and strong load capacity, and offers high equipment stability and accuracy.
