The PPGW series roller-type automatic pipe welder consists of a roller-type pipe welding positioner and a mobile cantilever welder. The roller-type pipe welding positioner drives the workpiece to rotate 360° and can tilt the workpiece by ±45°, meeting the automatic welding requirements of pipe-to-pipe, pipe-to-flange, bent pipes, T-pipes, pipes of different diameters, and pipes with an offset center of gravity. The mobile cantilever welder can move along the rail to the weld seam positions on both sides of the roller-type positioner for welding, enabling automatic welding of weld seams at different positions on the pipe section with a single clamping.
