The PPDW series modular automatic pipeline welding machine is mainly used for prefabrication automatic welding of pipelines in various industries, and consists of multiple drive main units combined with a mobile cantilever welding machine. The different drive main units can be centrally linked and controlled through the welding integrated control system, or independently controlled via a handheld remote control box. When one of the drive main units is used together with the cantilever welding machine for automatic welding, the other drive main units can be used for clamping pipes for loading/unloading, or as powered rotating fixtures for manual grinding and manual welding. Through the coordinated operation between the cantilever welding main unit and the different drive main units, continuous, uninterrupted automatic welding is achieved, greatly improving equipment utilization. At the same time, by using different combinations, the system can meet not only pressure pipeline welding requirements, but also pressure vessel welding requirements.
